Astral Portal Effect bugged - animation bugged

This portal has been bugged all league. When you open the portal, you see a still image of the portal then a shimmery effect goes across it.
When it is working correctly, it is "opened" by a reveal effect. Can this be fixed please? It is my favorite portal. Last bumped on May 24, 2023, 9:36:06 PM
