Account banned

Hello my 2 accounts got banned First like week ago after playing from start league i got permission to create new account Today my 2nd account got banned after 3 days i think but i dont know reason ? I only used POE acquisition which list items on this forum and its leggal and poe awakaned trade both programs leggal ? If you gonna tell me poe awakaned trade isnt leggal then why Zizaran etc. isnt banned after 15k hours of playing poe and using it? And email support said that he not gonna response to me anymore about it so whati can do now

So what i can do now if my account getting banned for reason i dont know?

Account got banned for Breaching terms of use when i looket at it and i didnt nothing wrong from there ?

I emailed already and someone said to me he not gonna response to me about this problem ? So ban me for nothing then ignore me ?

They will never tell you. Friend of mine got banned too...no illegal programs. He never got an answer. Now he plays Eve-Online.

And i got information i can create new account but for what i gonna create if i gonna be banned after 3 days like there because i dont know reason and what i shouldnt do to be not banned...In the past i got banned for POE Exilence which was leggal too but it was automatic detecting something illegal and after 2 weeks or more i got unbanned because it was GGG fault now its same situation but someone on email said he not gonna response but i wanted to play POE... Please do something dont act that badly im saying for 100% i did nothing wrong i can say this for my father who die some time ago that i dont lying... Because im honest person here and in life and dont like to lie :)

If your reason for the BAN is 3 party software, well then big chance it's due to your use of the awak program. It can also be "macro" software from your keyboard / mouse vendor allowing you to configure like mouse wheel to do "actions".

There was a problem before that the trade programs had functions in them that was not allowed and if you used these functions, then you got banned.

Lastly GGG have proven several times that the rules for players isn't the same as for the big time streamers. You will also not be getting more information about why you were banned other then the generic one.

Then poe support is the worst support from all games i played in 15 years banning me for program that big streamers using and saying they are leggal and they are not banned ... Rly bad persons thats all and i dont know if i can create new account or no because idk if its gonna be banned again or no... And tell me dear support in your breach of terms information that streamers can do something illegal and dont be banned ?
