Crucible - Arcane Surge and totem question

There's a crucible node on my staff that gives +50% effects of Arcane Surge. Normally arcane surge gives 20% cast speed, increased mana regen 58%, more spell damage 25% at "max" level.

My question is, does the crucible mode that gives +50% effects of Arcane Surge also applies to boosting me, and thus, my totem to have 50% more of these affects? (ice spear totem). Thus = 30% cast speed, (58%+50% boost) increased mana regen, spell damage too (25% + 50%)?

Yes (but not mana regen), as well as other sources of Arcane Surge buff effect.

It's worth to mention that Supported Skills deal #% more Spell Damage while you have Arcane Surge stat is not an Arcane Surge effect so it won't be scaled.

However Arcane Blessing notable from Heirophant adds 20% More Spell Damage effect to Arcane Surge, which is scaled.

It sounds like the Crucible +50% Arcane Surge node on weapon is extremely powerful in conjuncture with Hierophant's ascendancy node to have (nearly) 100% arcane surge uptime. It's also a good thing that totem's damage spell would also benefit from this crucible node. Thanks.
