Newer AMD Adrenalin crashes the game

I usually tend to keep everything updated, but since the release of AMD Adrenalin 23.3.1 (released 05-mar-23), i can't update it because it makes PoE to crash at the 1st key i press after entering in the game (often i don't even make it to town, game crashes after login or selecting character).

Really ? No one ?
Interestingly, nVidia's latest just released 535.98 disabled the renderer selection in the game's options.

You have to set it manually in the .ini file.
Not sure what you are wanting here, if the game was working fine on an older driver and a new one broke it, then you roll back because it is a driver issue (not just on PoE but just about every game i've seen)

It's not AMD. Windows 11 isn't optimized for Windows (big shocker, it's more unoptimized than Windows 8.1 ever was.)

Since the last last working driver, AMD released 5 another updates, all tested and all making PoE unplayable. The problem is that ONLY and ONLY PoE is exhibiting this problem, so i don't blame AMD ( or Win 11 ) for this. So from my pov, it's on GGG.
It's not a universal problem, I was fine on that version of the AMD drivers and each one right through today's. Could your installation of PoE be damaged?

Well GL with that then. Others don't have problems (as you can see from the reply from @Astatine), so it is possible that it can be a local thing also.

Lastly GGG doesn't offer TECH support "for the moment" (been like this for several years now).......
