Can't see dropped items

Help needed please. For some reason (honest, I didn't mess with my settings) I can not see any dropped items. If I hover my mouse pointer on an item on the ground I can see it, but only if my pointer is directly over it. Otherwise, I'm unable to see any dropped items at all on the floor of the map. I'm running the default settings on the item filter and have not knowingly changed any settings.
I've been playing with the same settings for a number of years, but have never had this happen before. Any help in solving this problem would be much appreciated. Last bumped on May 20, 2023, 3:24:25 AM

Have you Toggled the Z key off? =0[.]o=

Thanks for the prompt reply. I feel quite stupid not knowing about the Z key usage. That resolved the problem nicely.
