Pathfinders : Life and ES recovery with master surgeon (supreme decadence) and defensive choices

Supreme decadence= life recovery from flasks also applies to energy shield; 30% less life recovery from flasks.

I think this combo is absolutely amazing basically takes the ~4250-5000 life recovery per second most pathfinders have from flasks and doubles it (mind you the 30% less hurts and changes it to 3000-3500 approximately so not double but still a certain belt discussed below gives increased life recovery amount 40% so its very close)

This is burden of truth belt (comes with decadence), and with the energy shield/es mastery where a % of chaos does not bypass energy shield you essentially get a healthy effective hit pool boost i think like 25% or in that area assuming you have enough ES

I see roughly only 8% of pathfinders (~1000) utilizd this combo which seems crazy to me for so little investment.

The other thing that seems crazy to me is its basically only me on poe ninja that gets supreme decadence through replica sorrow of the divine flask (this gives eldritch battery and life recovery applies to energy shield from flasks, but advantage is WITHOUT the 30% less life amount downside which is also great) and one other item which is cloak of defiance. This Mind over matter and eldritch battery combo is powerful because up to 40% damage is effectively reduced i only have enough es pool to take advantage of 30% less taken which is also on paper is better than the truth belt…..Anyhow i see >50% of pathfinders use lightning coil armour so i guess this is why but ive tried both and actually prefer the MOM + EB + “SD with no downside” build but nobody seems to have taken notice and prefer 4k life no burden to 5k life burden etc (phys reduction i use endurance charges through enduring composure small cluster, 10% adrenaline, iron reflexes 18k armour no flask or 35k armor with flask, taste of hate 15% plus flask effect, enfeeble, both physical reduction pantheons, malignant madness from amulet, 5.5 to 6k effective life/es/mana pool) other options are arctic armour , phys taken as x helmet, etc.)

What do you all think? Im wondering if anyone else has cool combos with master surgeon as well!

Replica sorrow of the divine + MOM + power of purpose is a solid option imo, provided you can keep permanent uptime on the flask

I must say I dismissed Supreme Decadence because of Petrified Blood and Progenesis, that cause a loss of life that isn't absorbed by ES. This may be a wrong guessing though.

On a more practical matter, I have 60% chaos res on my belt, and don't really need even more eHP recovery. I would gain ~400 HP with Burden of the Truth (losing 400 life for 800 ES) but until I get huge chaos resists on other pieces switching to Supreme Decadence isn't worth it for me.
