skill stack for jewels?

anyone know if those timeless jewel stack?
example, if there are 2 ritual of shadow (each 25% chance wither), does it stack together as 50% chance? Last bumped on May 20, 2023, 5:29:44 AM

Notable passives stack, keystone passives don't stack.

"Ritual of Shadows" is a notable passive available from Glorious Vanity jewels.
Keystone passives are the very large ones, such as Eldritch Battery, Point Blank, Iron Reflexes, etc. |
