Allow people on console to get help too

When I want help with something, it makes sense to write a thread in the help section. It doesn't state that people who play on console are banned from getting help. Yet mods keep moving threads that are wholly relevant to a dead subforum that nobody checks out. Which perfectly ensures that people on console won't get any help.

If you hate people on console so much, just remove the client altogether, yeah? Remove the problem at the core.
