Lightning arrow deadeye with omni feels weak

Hey all, I've tried to build lighting arrow with omniscience however I'm a bit stuck. Build has very low dmg, it struggles with rares, boss dmg is terrible, sometimes I have to skip them. I also have problems with mana sustain.
I don't know if it's good place to post this, however i would kindly ask some experienced LA players to look at my build and tell me what I did wrong.

For starters, how do you generate Rage with 50 life regen?
If you have none, that a lot of dmg you forfeit.
edit: which Gloves do you use? The ones in PoB or the one in your profile?

+ -60 chaos means your not feeling weak. You are.

+ You have at least 5 suboptimal nodes.
According to PoB you dont need the str & Int nodes.
you have 110% spell supression. could save you another node you could spend better.

+ You can save 3 nodes alone on your upper tree when you connect intuition with the near life node.

+ Your life is too low. You should take the life mastery nodes that gives you 15% more life when body armour has no life mod

+ You have far shot but dont use barrage.

+ Why twice LA?
One for clear, one for bossing?
The Vaal isnt really doing much anyway.
Switch one setup for ballista or Barrage. Or Manaforge.

+ Your Bow and Quiver are suboprimal to say the least.
You could get at least a better quiver with an additional Arrow for very few chaos.
For Comparrison: my LA Deadeye has tripple your DPS with a 4 Div investment. Without Omny.
Both very good replacement candidates.

+ Both Rings and the Belt have an empty slot you could at least exalt slam.

+ Get a better Jewel for your Stygian.
Preferable one with the Corrupted Blood Implicit.

+ Skeelskin doesnt do much. 1.5k with your little life is nothing.

+ Dont know if Ancestral Vision is BIS.
Could be better to use Stormshroud with a Flask Mod.

+ The Lethality Mastery for chaining isnt the best choice. Projectile Speed serves you better.
2 of the minor nodes could be spend better as well.

+ As long as your damage is that low, you can switch the Inspire learning for something more usefull.
Maybe for Thread of Hope. I bet you could save at least 5 nodes. Together with the ones mentioned above you could take another cluster instead.

+ You say you have mana problems. Why not use a mana flask instead quicksilver?
In combination with Primal spirit it could be the solution.

+ I dont know how much of your damage is lightning but when you use lightning exposure on your gloves, why not the lightning mastery as well? Gives you lightning pen and +15% max Shock effect.
