Invisible skill effects

What do you think, guys, about hide skill effects of skills? similar to the invisible buff effect but for active skills, I would really like it, because some builds are really flashy, and I can't play them as much as I want just because of the visual effects on screen

so many want it and for so many years too, the same thing for mtx applying to granted skills.

the hope is that the PoE2 revised skill gem/socket system will fix both.
