Got banned and im unsure of what i did wrong, and support wont tell me

I made a new character to aurabot myself on blight/simulacrums/5ways, so the aurabot will stay afk while i'm using other account to do the content, then I got banned for "Third Party Software" so I contacted to support@grindinggear.com and then told me "I'm afraid that unfortunately we are unable to provide any further information other than that the account was banned for breaching section 7 of the Terms of Use: https://www.pathofexile.com/legal/terms-of-use-and-privacy-policy"
I was not using any third party software cuz I dont needed to, I'm so confused now, also I invested a mirror on my new account for the aurabot gear Last bumped on May 16, 2023, 12:23:51 AM

" well 3 party software in that setup could be a hypervisor to run the second PoE client, keyboard/mouse mirrow software, Vendor keyboard/mouse software that makes macro's and so on. |
