Crashing in labyrinth reward room

My game instance has crashed 3 times in the reward room of the labyrinth this league. I walk in after finishing the third Izaro phase and within 1 second, before I can reach or interact with the chests, I hear what sounds to me like some sort of packet loss on the audio, a short freeze then crash to windows, no error message.

I'm assuming this is a bug/crash because I didn't lose my internet connection, I rarely if every encounter disconnects/crashes anywhere else in the game. I would have one disconnect max otherwise for the league and probably only about 3 since ritual league. The game has been very stable for me on all other content.

For reference I estimate I have run lab about 20 times this league, so it isn't happening every time. I held back on posting the first two times, but multiple crashes in lab are not ideal, particularly at the end.

If this is just me, is there anything I can test or try to resolve?

Update: I just had another crash/disconnect, this time on the first phase during the Izaro encounter, he had spawned, a few seconds into the fight a long freeze. This time I closed the window by clicking top right corner, as I was worried about losing me character (Thankfully still alive). I then tried to open the game and log in as quick as possible. It took an extended time of thinking to load the game (about 6-7 seconds longer than usual, maybe because the other instance is still logged in?). Game is running fine now, but I'm concerned I can't run lab.

I also remember disconnecting in the reward room during the ruthless with gold event. Not sure if I can run lab now, is there anything I can do to try and resolve this on my end?

Regards

This is occurring again. Have just had 2 runs crash to windows when walking into the reward room of Lab, no loss of internet connection, exact same place, taking first step into reward room.

No crashes anywhere else in game. Between last post and today ran lab approximately 15 times without crashing.

Just crashed twice in a row, both in the final room of lab.
Crashed two more times in reward room of eternal lab before getting through on the third run (This was a few days ago while leveling with jug)
Crashed twice, same thing.
I guess it won't be fixed any time soon.
Another crash, Eternal lab reward room, 4mins ago.

Then a second, passed on the third run

Same thing a few days ago. First run crash, then about 10 runs without crashing.

And today, leveled through the first two labs without crashing, then on merciless, first run crash, second allowed through. On the crash I was able to open nearest chest and pick up currency from the drop in the 1 second between entering the room and crash occurring.

Does anyone know anything about this? I would appreciate if anyone could let me know if it is a known issue/ any way to avoid try and avoid the crashes. Have now spent hours on runs that have crashed. Crashed lab runs are a complete waste of time and eventually I will lose a character on one of the repeats. Not my idea of fun gameplay. The game is completely stable for me in all other sections. Should I just keep running labs brute force, hoping they will get through every so often? This is not skippable content.

3 runs eternal lab, no crash this time, was completed immediately after lab reset
This appears to be fixed, at least for me at this time, I've had no crashes over 3 months, around 30-50 consecutive trials without disconnect.
If it makes you feel better they automatically get a crash report every time it happens. So stuff like this gets fixed in the background.

Which seems to be the case here.
