impending doom support not trigger(working)

hi i was playing impending doom sup occulist my skill is not trigger, but 2-3 days ago my skill is trigger i dont have any problem, how can i solve ? im playing with guide on maxroll so i have use spell cascade. sorry for my basic english. if you dont any thing please reply,i ll try give best answer.

I haven't played this build, but I think you should have 1 more curse than max. You currently have 4 curses with a maximum of 4.

These links say you need to change the Unholy Authority to Vile Bastion.

Its 100% the 4 max curses. You can only have 3 max or the build bricks.
