I have not found a single Enlighten Support gem from anywhere past 3 leagues.

I've had good success with Tujen from Expedition, but it's all RNG. It's a rare gem.

found 1 as a normal drop last time though d:-D*

I dropped two this league from Expedition encounters ("Runic monsters have 35% chance to drop a gem" remnant mod with quite some packsize and runic monster sextant), and a third bought at Tujen's. Not sure whether this is pure luck or a reasonable way to get exceptional gems.
