Can culling strike inflict ailments?

Hi,

I have a question - if I hit an enemy with less than 10%HP left, culling strike will kill it.
But if I also have 100% chance to bleed, will bleed also be inflicted? Or the cull effect prevents it?

No, you normally can't apply any ailments to something that is killed outright. Doesn't matter if the kill is via culling (which neither hits nor does damage) or damage. The only exception to this that I can think of offhand is with Shock via Storm's Gift gloves, and I think that interaction has only ever been truly useful with Inpulsa's builds.
