Crashing on heavy load

As the title suggests, I have an issue where, under heavy load, the game crashes with any error logs. It used to happen only on heavily juiced Blight maps, but since upgrading from a 1080p monitor to a 1440p one, I can't get through a map without at least a few crashes.

As mentioned, since there is no crash message, I have a very hard time of narrowing down what might be causing the crashes specifically. I figure it's to do with the strain on the PC (potentially GPU?), as the increase in resolution caused it to become a lot worse. However, when I've experienced these kinds of crashes in the past due to a worse GPU, it was due to the game lagging to the point of 5-10 FPS and eventually stalling out and crashing WITH an error message.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X.
Nvidia RTX 2070
32 GB G.Skill TridentZ DDR4 3600 MHz
MSI X570-A PRO
650 Watt PSU

Bump
after the game crashes, try checking txt file in game folder (Path of Exile/logs/Client.txt) and look for critical errors at the bottom, for example

Thanks for the suggestion. Just played to get another crash, and I found this error at the bottom:

"

"

try this -->
1. Run packcheck.exe as "an administrator" / In steam select "Verify game files".
2. Delete the local PoE cache files here -->
C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\
3. Now start PoE again as "an administrator". When at the login screen, select options.
4. Now set texture to MEDIUM and Sound channels to low.
5. See if the issue is resolved ?

Also depending on if you run DX11, Vulcan or DX12 (Beta) then try changing between them.
I tried your suggestions, unfortunately to no avail. I've also tried DX11 and Vulcun, which only result in worse performance and seemingly crashing even faster.
