Is there a way to reset the account completely

Hi! It's been a while since I played Path of Exile and I would like to start completely fresh. I figured, simply deleting characters and emptying stash would do the job. But I noticed I have a Hideout, Menagerie and some stuff already completed. Is there a way to reset ALL the progress? Creating a new account is not an option because I'm playing through Steam and it only gives me the choice of logging in through the Steam account, and downloading the stand-alone client is also very tedious.

Create a new character in Crucible league. That's as close to a "reset" as there is.
