Hello there boys and girls. I have a minor problem in understading Grasping Mail.
I know the recipe but when I do it I don't get a fracture one. So done some research but still have a bit of a problem. My question is: Do I need all rings to be ilvl 85 or ilvl 86 to get a fractured armor? We deserve what we tolerate! I think ilvl 86 rings (only droppable in breach domains) guarantee a fractured mod.

A fractured one can only be dropped from upgraded breachstone. You can't acquire it via the recipe.
