Pls help me, i can't connect my account to PoB

Hello everyone, please help me to connect my account to PoB. I don't check "Set profile as private" but i can't connect to PoB, my sersion PoB folk is 2.30.1, i try to enter POESESSID but it still say "account profile is private". Thank for reading!

You forgot to unhide your characters, which means those are still private

Hidden profile can still be opened by PoB as long as the id is inputted though... I did that many times.

i was uncheck hide charracter tab, but it still don't work :(((

i do it, close and open again PoB but it still say account profile is privite...

I guess PoB cached the account info or something like that. So its time for:  |

this is the frist time i do, i still open and close pob, but won't work :(((

Reboot your PC to get rid of any cached data and try again
