Looking for a endgame bossing build (with guide)

Hello,

pretty new to the game, I'm happy with my Death Aura Occultist, I've beaten Searing and Eater, the cleaning and farming is cool. But now I'm struggling on harder bosses and pushing my build further seems pretty expansive.

I'm looking for a secondary build to develop, more focused on mono target to take down those nasty bosses.

I have a budget of about 10 div to start with, but switching between 2 builds for farming is not a problem.

Could you recommend me good build for bossing, not too complicated, possibly with a good guide to begin ?

I'm trying RF Jugg, may be not the most single target oriented build of all, but the tankyness will allow me to learn boss patterns easily.
Not the best choice.

You whill have massive trouble with Maven and Sirious.
I invested roughly 450 div in mine and its too slow and has way too little single target dps.

Is badass for mapping, Elder/Shaper and Eater of worlds.
But even Searing exarchs Balls are killing you with an 20 div build.

Dont get me wrong, i love RF Jugg to death and its a lot of fun.
But its not a Boss killer.

Especially not with that budget.
My basalt flask alone costs 50 div which gives me nearly double the armour a normal flask generates.
And Jugg relies heavily on armour.

edit:
there is a channel on youtube who has 1div builds that are endgame viable.
look it up, there might be something to learn.
But it should be common sense that beating a boss with 1 div is a whole different talk than tanking a boss.

edit 2:
If you just want a boss killer, you should focus on either damage or survivabillity.
If you try both you will never get the best results since you have to divide your skill points and gear to both areas.
Since boss fights are short i would go for damage only to possibly one shot bosses or at least to skip sequenzes, which makes the fight much easier.

Im bad at math.

Please, stop recommending RF to everyone and their mother. If "subpar" was a build it would be RF and it's complete garbage for bossing.

Frost Blades Trickster from Zish

I believe this one is 100 div to min-max but I'm sure you can find a low-budget progression somewhere in his guide. Take note that when he killed minatour for the first time, he had only 2.7k life. Don't go for it if that's not the kind of preach you believe in in regards to how this game should be played.

This one is probably the cheapest boss killer these days. Don't think it even costs half as much as the above, and I believe the investment is to get more defenses. DPS comes for free. Don't go for this if trappers are not your thing. I'm also unsure if we'll ever get tired of hitting the life flask every now and then, but you can probably spec into a different ascendancy point to tweak the built to your style. He didn't provide the DPS numbers so I had to calculate it myself and estimation came to this:

And what about Poison Summon Raging Spirits Necromancer ?

Poison SRS is very cheap to get started and tanky. I've seen them reach DoT cap on pinnacle bosses with some investment too.

I didn't suggest this because I considered the type of build you are already playing and SRS is quite some contrast to Death Aura. It's far from being a walking simulator. You will be quite busy refreshing the uptimes of your SRS and offering.
I'm not looking for an other walking simulator, but for an effective build with some documentation.

If I follow this guide will it be ok for trying this build ?

This is generally fine. I don't want to speak about the high budget variant that was provided. Regarding the low budget, I have a few comments:

1. Jinxed Juju should give you "10% less damage taken from hits" but it doesn't seem to show on PoB. I would manually input that into the Custom Modifiers textbox.
2. On the fence about United in Dream. I would save 30c and get Severed in Sleep instead. That version would drop Withering Touch support (some build guides would still keep this support gem simply for the added chaos) and you cap your minions' poison chance with Chance to Poison and jewels.
3. Surrender is 1 div, but lets you use EB. Aegis is 50c but you can't use EB. UPDATE: You can still use EB with Aegis via MoM, but based on the feedback I got there are certain scenarios which can disrupt the play, leaving you with no mana to cast anything.
4. I checked the AG and he seems very tanky. However, if you can't be arsed to run an AG, I can suggest you change the recommended third spectre from Carnage Chieftain to Ancient Suffering. (First and second should still be Pale Seraphim and Arena Master as he recommend.) Temp Chains is the core source of the build's DPS and it is a huge loss without it.
5. Covenant is not expensive at this stage of the league. Would be a huge boost of DPS even if you can get a 5L.

I mean 1 div is not much these days, points #2 and #3 are just something for your consideration, to allow you to dip your toes into the build with much less hesitance.
