Help me Unban my acc

Can you help me unlock my account? The support team has not responded since June 4th, even though our dialogue started on April 29th. It doesn't seem very serious for such a large company.

" One of the reason is that it's not the normal support team handling your case. It's the "account investigation" team doing that and they have a big case load at the moment. So you will just have to wait. |
