Vitality aura not working

Hey, so as stated above my vitality Aura is not working.

Im not in a town or any no regen area.

I cant explain how this happens so feel free to look at my build.
I dont really think the problem lays in my nodes or something so im rly clueless how this happened. Pretty sure it worked earlier on that charackter but i actually never paid much attention.

Maybe you've leveled it to the point where your mana can't sustain it anymore?

ok im dumb i found the node thats causing the problem XD
