many effects lately which are VERY specifically classified as pvp/pve/combat-related things even mageblood applying flasks in town. all of that needs to stop, you're breaking foundational rules you've had for years for good reason. I can't enjoy being in the rogue harbor some days because its so freaking bad and im on a decent rig these days much better than your average poe player... Its really gross as i invested in heist for some immersive-fun this league and its quite literally tearing me out of it with both hands on steroids. edit: yall might be running on state of the art stuff but a lot of your playerbase still doesn't even have an SSD i want you to remember that among the many other reasons you should be more considerate of what you're allowing in town... I remember feeling like a jerk bringing some stupid character effect in town ages ago and taking it off.. pfft compared to now that was nothing. Rogue Harbor is hilariously bad for me. Not performance. It flickers like hell due to all the light sources from MTX and makes constant obnoxious sounds from these newer MTX.
Twice now I've seen the MTX Ice cover players, break and just stick floating forever. It's not even a performance at this point, it's pretty much griefing. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac

" same here, no probem in town but in rogue harbour it just takes 20 seconds until my display starts to flicker and bug out. it never crashes the game though and i never got the same problems in towns. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
