Unable to buy Lesser Black Scythe Artifact from Dannig

i can't buy Tujen's lesser artifacts from Dannig out of nowhere. Been doing Logbooks all day and it was working fine untill now. Lesser artifact deal showed up for 0.7 each and when i left click the "total price" option shows as RED. When i click "set to maximum amount you can afford" it sets it to "1". I have 1.141 lesser SUN artifacts and am able to buy other lesser artifacts normally. Clicking buy to buy "1" does nothing. Tried rerolling with medallion, switching characters, switching realms, nothing worked. In standard i can buy lesser black scythes normally.

check your expedition stash, you can only have 50k of any artifact.
