[SOLVED] Performance issues & invisible abilities after 3.21.1 (dx12) ref: 834 974 683

EDIT: The problems magically went away 06/07.05.2023 and I have no idea why.

Encountered the following problems just after 3.21.1 was released and have tested in 10+ different maps + hideout, with and without restarting game: Monsters and players' abilities are invisible for a couple seconds-minutes after launching game. Duration of issue seems random. Compared to pre-3.21.1: FPS drops when loading in a new zone (also when going to hideout). Game stutters when encountering specific content for the first time after launching game. Example: Game will lag when starting a breach for the first time after launch, or first time syndicate assassins spawns. After 5-20 minutes of playtime everything seems normal until encountering "non-loaded" content. I know I'm supposed to only submit 1 bug pr. report, but I feel this is an exception since they're connected. I Also tested Vulkan: had some issues there, but can't compare to pre-3.21.1 as I've been using dx12 since it was released. Game settings: Dx12 Windowed Fullscreen Everything on Low/min Dyn.
