Got banned on my main account as well

Hi,

I got banned 20 minutes ago on my main account for "Third Party Software", unfortunately I don't know why.

I only used Path of Building to check the skill tree on my second monitor.
I've sent an email to the support but as I didn't get any confirmation I don't know if it went through.

Could you please investigate my case? I really don't know why I got this ban.

Name of the account : Sakubobo

I was playing on Steam.

if you have emailed them, then you just need to wait your turn in the queue, trying to bump that ticket resets your position in the queue.
