Best 3 link for corrupted fever?

Using vaal caustic arrow, greater volley and lifetap.

With caustic dropping off with support gems, it wont be doing much. I could go frenzy but i have +2 min charges so it would only be +1.

Looking to play with these gloves. Didnt notice these gloves get both benefits from a single jewel. Maim really helps CF, as we see as players.

Empower 4, 20/20 Brutality, and 20/20 Swift Affliction are all quite close to equal on CF. I'd honestly try to fit them in a 4l and fit something else into the 3l if possible. If not, Brutality and Swift Affliction simply because they're easier/cheaper than Empower 4.
