Atlas Content Block Nodes Not Working

I have a few screenshots of a Blight encounter popping when I have them disabled. Can't figure out how to upload the steam screenshots though :(

Anyone else having this issue?

Edit: The issue only occurs with the older series of maps, new maps no problem.

maps mods, sextant mods, scarabs ?

And Kirac maps doesn't follow atlas tree.

Just a magic chaining marshes map with the base +5% item quantity.

was likely a map implicit(very easy to miss, has multiple sources).

always look at map mod list in maps in these cases and you will always see "area has xxx encnounter" in the list.
