GAME BREAKING BUG! cant remove TWO impossible escape

i accidentally socketed 2 impossible escape that overlaps.

1) impossible escape elemental equilibrium
2) impossible escape vaal pact



as you can see,burning brutality node overlaps between these 2.

now,i cant remove either oF the jewel.

ive tried

1) restarting the game
2) tried to use refund passive on burning brutality(the one that is overlapped),deadly draw or heavy draw.it cannot be done.
3) tried to refund passives on any other nodes.it cannot be done as well
4) tried to replace the impossible escape jewel,but it fails
5) reinstall the game,but the problem still persist.

the whole problem is that my passive tree is currently locked and nothing can be changed.i cant even refund the passives of my ascendancy.

try to unspec one of the jewel slots.

what other nodes have you tried unspeccing?

the EE jewel is active so that is the one you will want to try to get out first.
see if you can find 9 passive points so you can connect your tree from the other side and refund the attribute passives in radius of the EE circle(leaving the one connecting to jewel socket) and see if that will allow you to remove the jewel.

otherwise you can try emailing support.

EVERY nodes.
you dont seemed to understand.
my whole passive trees are LOCKED.
i cant remove ANY jewel.
i cant refund ANY passives,and that includes the ascendancy nodes.
i cant replace ANY socketed jewel with other jewel.

I can only understand things steps taken are clearly described in the OP not somewhat vague statements(its very important to be very clear in bug reports), you should email support to see if you can get assistance there(like potentially a forced passive tree reset)

i dont think it can be any more detailed than this,buddy.

I don't saw screenshots that show you tried to allocate the passives normally and then remove the jewel.......

i dont think it can be any more detailed than this,buddy.

the sheer number of people who say things like that but only try 2-3 is rather large... I have worked with lying end users to many times to count(welcome to repairing electronics, nobody spills water on their laptop I tell ya... the swimming pools inside just appeared out of nowhere) so I always assume people are lying when they say all.

and again... at this point just email support... or roll a new character.
