Insert item from POB to poe trade

Hey! I don't understand how I can to copy some item with stats from POB and insert this to poe trade.

I found the button "trade for these items", but this button is useless and it find the not these items. For example, I try to find Kaom's Spirit and POB find the yellow item with anothers stats...

I haven't used the trade feature of PoB, but I'm pretty sure it's not designed to find you unique items, as those are so easy to trade for simply by typing the name in. I think it's made to find you the best rare items for your build in terms of damage gain.

As per copying items from PoB to trade, I don't think you can.
