Couldn't receive log in code/change email request with my current email address

I'm using yahoo mail with this account and it is pretty bad. I dont see any login code/ change email request from GGG system. What should i do now to change my email to an gmail one that i'm currently using.

Thank you for your help! I have sent an email to support email address with my current yahoo mail. But i affraid i may not receive reply via that email address. I don't have any black list and aslo check spam/trash folder nothing there. My yahoo mail due to long time haven't use was move to inactive yesterday and i have active it back. but still can't receive email from GGG support. I wanted to change into gmail for faster respond from system. Thanks.

Still haven't receive any email reply from GGG support. Is that a trouble with yahoo mail?

I can see manunal reply email from support@grindinggear.com but don't see any login code send from it, or email changing comfirmation link. Don't know what problem is that.

" The login in code is sent to the original email of the account but not new email you want to change to also, pretty sure yahoo mail has WHITE list option (NOT BLACK LIST). This is alternatively know as safe sender or some sort. Also make sure you really not added GGG (or that mail that send login code) to blocked sender This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee.
