Immortal Call & (Minimum) Endurance Charges

the duration of the skill is increased for "endurance charges removed".

if my number of min. & max. endurance charges are the same, am I correct in my assumption that the call never gets extended? (I'll have my min. number of charges, but presumably none ever get 'removed', yes?)
