Maven voidstone didn't drop!

I got someone to kill maven for me but didn't drop her voidstone but dropped loot and I was in the arena before she died
The carry said the same thing happen before to someone else who's been in the arena for the whole last phase and still didn't get her voidstone either and sadly kirac doesn't have it either Did this happen to anyone else this league as well or what, I really needed that voidstone I happened to notice that killing the maven doesn't have a quest like the eater and fire balls guy or even the uber elder I dunno if that's the reason or something else happened Last bumped on Dec 29, 2023, 11:03:13 AM

Same thing happened to a friend of mine. He was the instance owner, I killed maven, no voidstone dropped for him.
Anyone else see this issue? |

" i am sorry to necro this thread however this has just happen to me, i used the writ and opened the portal myself. Did 90% of the work and somebody else finished her off for me cause i had 2 portals left and did not want to screw up. I got the loot except i did not get the completion, voidstone, favorite slot and i was told to make a bug report however this was the first google search so here i am....worth posting here or should i directly email support lol?
