Unexpected "jump" to red maps for daily missions

Hello guys!
I do not going to say - a huge prob, but unfortunately bit annoying for sure.
Yesterday was first day, when I started to do "yellow" missions. One from Kirac was recognized as yellow map, but by name (later, after completing) - one of the Atlas far end maps. And, surprise today Kirac offers T15 level red map missions, as well, as all missions are switched to red. Bit hard to understand, because highest so far was T8 map, and I simply haven't "red" maps, to do those missions...
In earlier times missions were provided accordingly to last map done previous day. Previous 2x leagues those mechanics were broken, and as soon as you get to red maps (accidentally or not) - there were no way back. But such "jump" like today never ever had happened.
I'll continue ahead using "yellow" ones (as mentioned - I have no red yet), but would be nice to get NPC's missions back to level suited for me.

p.s. "step back" option regarding last map complete would be great choice for alts reroll as well, because they for sure aren't ready for "red"...

My guess would be that something went wrong with the maps offered to you. Since there was a red map and you completed it, it appears on the atlas. Since you've already unlocked red maps in atlas, you also get red tier for daily missions.

It was Terrace map, offered as T6 or T7, but "yellow" for sure. On completing I was bit surprised, why there were no announcement of "bonus objective complete", and - was bit surprised, seeing, what's location of that map on Atlas. For gameplay it was adequate for tiers mentioned, and went well, so I guess it`s kind of a bug with Kirac missions map tier listing...

Run a yellow map before the daily reset (for me it is 4PM PST iirc) and you should be back on yellows being offered as the daily.
The reset is based on the last map tier you ran before the reset.

This hasn't been true for a while. Daily missions gained are based on highest map tier completed now.

Tested it yesterday and it still holds true.

I think the highest tier map influences the tier of maps offered by Kirac missions. For example if highest tier is T13, when running red missions, Kirac will offer T13 maps, not lower.

For dailies, I'm testing now. Just completed a yellow map, will post tomorrow which tiers of master missions I'm getting.

Before:
(2/2/13 Einhar, 2/1/43 Alva, 1/1/44 Kirac)

After:
(2/2/14 Einhar, 1/1/45 Kirac)

For sure the last map I completed was yellow (Coral Ruins 74 01:01), but got red missions for all masters.

This kind of core mechanics (daily master missions) unfortunately is broken for a while, at least last 3x leagues. As mentioned be4 - in old times they worked as intended - next day you receive missions according to previous day last map (white, yellow, red) complete. Now - no step back. No step back for a whole account, so I`m getting T15 as lowest from Kirac, and, ofc, all "red" master missions now. Even you want to reroll another toons - soz guys, forget about core mechanics, buy scarabs, if you want.

Personally I prefer the current system, because I don't need to worry about last map I'm completing every day, while climbing map tiers. Before this change, if you had a single T11 map and the rest yellows, you kinda' wanted to stop playing for that day after completing the T11 map.

If you do only yellow maps, you'll get yellow missions from map completion anyway. Red dailies are more useful in the long run. After you reach red maps, rarely you want to go back to yellows.

If I remember correctly, you don't get any dailies if you don't complete at least a map in that day. Anyone tried doing only yellows for a day? Don't you get yellow dailies?

NO WAY BACK, simply as it.
In my case it was map tier bug, as far as I understand, because map was offered as "yellow", and definitely not red, because it was first day, I switched to yellow level maps.
Well, my chieftan is tanky enough, but T15 IS overhead, and, as I mentioned - I simply have no "red" maps. Without master missions - how can I say... Looks like this league, which is bit better then previous ones, ends the same way (off to another games), thx to broken core (!!!) mechanics... Sad...
