Missclicked during trade
I traded 7 divines instead of one. since you can't split a stack of currency while trading, and yes, I screwed up. I hate the poe trading system. I understand that 7 divines is a small thing for most players, but I lost my entire fortune due to one missclick.
Maybe if the developers deliberately leave the trade so rusty, then the support is solving such cases? Last bumped on Apr 25, 2023, 9:14:55 AM

It's your own fault. Support will do literally nothing.
Anybody could claim "oh I accidentally put in 7x the currency that was intended" and then support would have to go through all the claims and refund them? Yeah, that's not going to happen. |

" We have chat logs that show the price for the item. But I agree that it is unlikely that I will get something back. I just want to make sure I've done everything in my power to not think about it again. |

" You never ever get anything back from GGG in these cases. Even players that was scammed and where the scammer was banned, gets anything back...... |

In cases like that, you can try to contact the other person directly after the trade. Among all those "A deal is a deal" people also hide some honest ones, that would give you the other 6 div back. But if that doesn't help, you're sadly screwed.
As advice for the next time: always make sure that all your currency is in your stash and you only take out the currency you need for the current trade. This is no allround solution, but really lowers the risk of something like this happening. You say Prison Cell, I hear 'Holiday'.
