Trigger Level 20 Tornado when you Attack with Split Arrow or Tornado Shot

Got this on my Bow. Tested its damage - complete garbage.

Please, someone tell me - what i doing wrong or why this tier 5 passive even in game if it is completely worthless???

Tornado shot build, 1424 elem flat DPSб 42kk total DPS

Idk maybe the Tornado is absorbing your first 20 projectiles. Find out whether it is possible to scour that mod (don't experiment on this weapon but some other discardable weapon!!) and see if it makes a difference.

Most people are using this as a way to chain/fork for their projectiles, not as a main DPS source.

I mean that is a vast majority of them....

Most are completely worthless, a handful are both decent and power appropriate and then another handful are extremely broken to a degree nobody can ever have looked at their numbers (for any of them tbh, the good and the bad).
