eldritch altar massive bug

bug 2: my most recent map prior to this post, i clicked 4 altars, above the skillbar is a little thingy to see the mods etc. for eldritch altars, there is also only 1 mod listed, meaning 3 out of 4 altars did not even give me anything in upside or downside wise, please fix very fast
