Hits that should stun me aren't, why?
|
Hi,
I'm currently building a self-stunner with the new jewels, wanting to use Cast When Stunned to trigger spells in rapid succession. The issue is, that even though I take a significant amount of damage (100+), none of my self hits seem to stun me. The wiki has no indication that self hits couldn't stun you, neither is it noted anywhere. Is it just buggy at the moment, is it an inherent thing (that just isn't explained and I wasted about 10 hours now) or what is it? To stun myself, I equipped a Gluttony Belt and specced into the Mastery to base my Stun Threshold on ES - since I have 0 ES, I should get stunned by taking 1 damage already. This works when thedamage source is my enemy. Thank you and have a pleasant day, Midan Last edited by MyZebraString#6571 on Apr 22, 2023, 2:39:43 AM Last bumped on Apr 22, 2023, 11:53:03 AM

Self damage can't stun you, this is intended.
Reflected damage can't stun too, so Hiltless won't work either. |

" Per Mark. It's an old post, but it remains true. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

" Is that how they treat player complaints on balance/design? :) As in, "you are all not qualified, we are not listening to you" :kap: |

Thank you for your answers, that makes my build extra sad now; gotta look how I cope with that and if I keep the CWS setups intact. :)
