Large Cluster Jewel Deleted, Medium Can't be Removed

I logged out earlier to get a drink, when I came back in a few minutes later I showed 5 passive skills available. My 8 passive large cluster, Watcher's Eye, and abyssal jewel were nowhere to be found.
After determining they were gone and there was nothing I could do about it, I bought a medium cluster to put in that spot. Everything was fine until I tried to remove it. The medium is now stuck in the spot that the large was originally in. It is unclear to me how/where to submit a general bug report, so I guess I am starting here. As an update, I am still unable to remove the medium cluster jewel from that slot.

post screenshot to show that you have unallocated all the passive and the jewel socket on the cluster jewel is empty...

anyway, your web passive skill tree showing you have 3 jewels on the cluster jewel, which is not possible for medium cluster jewel that have only one jewel socket
guess the system "ate" the large cluster jewel and you further bug it by inserting the medium cluster jewel This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. About the username: Did you know Kowloon Gundam is made in Neo Hong Kong?

Remove Jewels if any are inserted in the medium cluster, refund all passives of the cluster if possible. Take a large cluster, preferably the same as before, holding it on the cursor, click on the medium cluster to replace it. Remove the jewels that should appear in the sockets of the large cluster. Insert the medium cluster into the large one, another jewel should appear in it, delete it.
