Clustter Jewel: Storm Drinker notable is shown as disabled in hideout ?

So i have noticed something happening while i'm in my hideout with a specced cluster Node shown in the picture below. It looks like it is not allocated but it is for sure. I do not use the same node twice in case it does not stack.

This is in my Hideout:

Is this just a visual bug or does the node not work for some reason? It does appear in PoB and it also changes my PoB DPS. I also degened my energy shield down with righteous fire just in case it is shown greyed out because im on full energy shield but its not changing.

My profile is public so my build + used clusters can be looked up.

I hope someone knows the answer. If not i hope you guys at GGG can take a look at this. Thanks in advance.
