United In Dream Cutlass

According to the wiki the item no longer has 60-80 minion damage.

But in game my cutlass has 31% damage but when holding alt it shows the old range of 60-80. I've read that you could use a divine to reroll the buffed range but I'm confused if this is still possible post nerf. Is the displayed in game range incorrect?

Yes, if you Divine it will give you a new value in the 60-80% range. Since they didn't set the old range to 0 (which they've started doing to many items when they go legacy), it's safe to do. It will also be upgraded to lvl 25 Envy from lvl 15.
