Uber Uber elder (i85) watchers eye drop rate?

Hey, just wondering can the watchers eye drop in i85 uber uber elder anymore? I've done 18 without a single drop.. wiki says 25-35% drop rate. is that even possible? anyone got it from i85 yet?
