It's random these days.
There's no maps that are "the deep" etc anymore.

except it does matter, doesnt it, if you think of Great Migration coupled with Big Game on the atlass tree. farm a map of said category, more chance for normal monsters to be from the deep, more chance for said passives to turn them into red Craicic Chimeral, for example.
