Lori's Lantern is not applying Low Life bonuses with the new life mastery.

While having the new life mastery allocated to have low life threshold increased to 55%, the unique ring Lori's Lantern does not apply the chaos resistance or movement speed bonus until you reach 50% life. I could not test the unlucky hits but who knows if that even helps, lol.
