I have question regarding TFT discord, i need help.

I know TFT Discord has nothing to do with GGG but I feel I can't do anything and I thought someone might help with my case.
So here it is:
I quit PoE back in 2021 after Ultimatum League, at this time I was actively using TFT mainly selling services as a boss killer. After I stopped playing the game I left TFT Discord.
I started again a week ago, playing Crucible League, so I decided to join TFT again because its the only way you can check if a service provider/trader is trusted if you are buying challenge/boss killing/white socket service for example(any of this kind).
After I joined I had ''New User'' Status, a mod named Nell gave me back my Awakened Service Provider, but I was still Trade Locked or whatever it's called(I couldn't see any of the trade/service channels), and I was marked as ''New user'' and ''Awakened Service Provider'' At the same time.
So I opened a ticket trough the discord bot TFT is using to re-verify, I just got answered to untick "Set Profile as Private" and "Hide Characters tab" ,after I did that and responded to whoever was dealing with my case I got answered ''One moment please'' and after that I was kicked from the discord and now I can't rejoin.
I don't know if I am banned for no reason or what the fuck just happened.
I contacted their ban appeal page, still have no answer and it's been days.

So if anyone can tell me a way to contact them or at least check for me if I am on their ban list and what is the reason I'd be thankful. I don't think there was a reason for me being banned or whatever the hell that is.
