Character not found on poe ninja

I can see my character on the official ladder, but on poe ninja I get a character not found error when search for it, and cannot find it in the ladder.

Am I missing something?

poe.ninja only lists the top 15k characters from the official ladders. Looks like it's reaching that limit somewhere during lvl 97 for Softcore Crucible at the moment. You're at lvl 95.

Since I see this answer like everywhere, I'm going to reply here.

Currently if you select 'Crucible' in poe.ninja, you can see this:
Found 67178 characters.

It is clearly more than 15k characters, so what y'all saying appears not to be true.
The thing (poe.ninja) is just buggy and often does not display characters for no reason.

P.S. Also you appear to not reading what person is saying, they started the question with the fact that the character IS in official poe ladder

Why is my character not listed?

The site uses Path of Exiles ladder API which lists the top 15000 characters for each of:

Experience
Solo Delve Depth

To check what level / how much experience / which delve depth is needed to be listed:

Go to

Pick league
(If looking for Delve Depth or Solo Delve Depth: Click on the relevant column to sort by it)
Go to page 750 to look at the end of the lis

Everything I said to him was based on their FAQ and me putting in a limited amount of work for him to see where the lvl cutoff was at that time. And AFAIK, poe.ninja has always worked that way.

It finds nearly 70k characters, but that's the combined total of lvl 88 (their minimum) to 100 characters from people who've authorized poe.ninja to connect directly to their profile here and the selected ladder listing.

It only lists the top 15k from the official ladders, as that's hard-capped by GGG. So if you've not connected your profile to poe.ninja, your character isn't searchable there at all if you're off-ladder. His character was off-ladder and obviously not profile-connected.

I could have suggested he connect his profile. He still wouldn't have been on the ladder, but his char would have been searchable if that's all he really cared about. Now he's 100 and listed though, so no matter for him at this point.

But ok, you really proved some kind of point to me. I guess.

Edit: So yeah, @OP, connect poe.ninja to your poe profile if you want your lvl 88+ chars to be searchable there while they're off-ladder... :P

Ah, this is it for sure. I had the same problem, the connection with POE ninja is valid for a specific period and this is why the account is probablt not seen (if the cap was not reached)
