Issue with Sulphite Scarabs not Spawning Niko in Maps

I wanted to bring up an issue I've been experiencing in Path of Exile with Sulphite Scarabs.
I've noticed that Niko, the Master of the Depths, doesn't actually spawn inside the map as expected.

I've tried using multiple Sulphite Scarabs on different maps, but Niko just doesn't appear. I've also asked other players in-game, and some of them have reported similar issues with Sulphite Scarabs not spawning Niko in maps.
Plus using a Sulphite Scarab and Niko daily missions at the same time on a map shouldn't work, yet when I tried it does, proving once again that the Sulphite scarabs aren't doing anything
