Breach in map even though I have no breach alocated

I encountered a breach in a map even though I have the no breach atlas skill tree allocated, worth mentioning that I have alluring vaal side area selected in the map device, as far as I can see in the affixes the map didn't have an enchantment, and it's not a Kirac mission map

Those map mods clearly state that it has 3 breaches in it.
Not a bug. You ran a map with an implicit on it. That over rides the passive on the tree.
