Clarissa is missing after crematorium

NPC Clarissa is missing after defeating Piety in the Crematorium. Also, the "Lost in Love" quest is stuct at "Travel to the City of Sarn" step.

There is no bug if you not finish the quest "Lost in Love" ......

Seems this happened because I forgot to talk to Clarissa after defeating the mob to free her in "The City of Sarn". Still misleading because the quest says to discover the City of Sarn but doesn't move to the next step upon entering town if you don't talk to Clarissa perhaps?
