How do you toggle the performance chart while on steam deck?

I accidentally turned it on, and it overlaps my health meter. Anyone know how to turn this back off? Or where can I find a full list of controls? Thanks.

Eventually I played long enough at once that the game crashed. After relaunching, the overlay was finally gone. Is there really nowhere that lists all the default controls and button combinations for the steam deck? You have to hit so many buttons at nearly the same time that its very easy to accidentally trigger some random combo like I did. I tried searching quite a bit and only found out how to turn on/off the steam deck performance overlay, but not the games.

Oh well. If anyone else has this issue in the future, play until it breaks is a solid workaround.

Turns out it was not the in game overlay, it was the steam deck. Even though I went into the steam deck options and it said it was set to off, the same overlay showed up on another game. If anyone has the same issue in the future, updating my steam deck software seemed to fix the problem this time. I'm still not sure what is turning it on mid gaming session, and why it says it is off when it is clearly on. But at least I know its not the game now.
